ECOLOGY AND CLIMATE PROTECTION
Our environmental goals
Group-wide, we aim to halve our direct CO2 emissions by 2030 on the basis of 2019:
- halve our direct CO2 emissions. For us, reduction and avoidance take precedence over compensation,
- balance our direct and indirect CO2 emissions by 2024,
- halve the use of newly purchased, consumed materials on production lines in relation to sales.

Environmental Statement 2022
We have analyzed, measured, asked ourselves questions and held many talks and discussions. The results are set out in our Environmental Statement 2022, which was prepared in the course of the EMAS audit.
With the EMAS audit (“Eco-Management and Audit Scheme”), we anchor the continuous and systematic improvement of environmental performance in our work processes. The aim is to initiate improvements in climate protection, sustainability and resource conservation in the company, to involve employees and to develop service partners in a sustainable manner.
