BACK TO LIVE - A world premiere

With the event BACK TO LIVE on June 9th in FREDENHAGEN, satis&fy has impressively demonstrated that with the right concepts and solutions for visitor tracking, visitor guidance, room layout, hygiene and catering, virologically very safe events can be successfully carried out. Even under the strict regulations that must be taken into account in connection with the Corona pandemic, satis&fy succeeded in creating an emotionally appealing live experience with BACK TO LIVE. Not least because we have succeeded in positioning ourselves as consultants to numerous state governments.

This is exactly what it looked likeIn Fredenhagen: We used distance markings to provide secure access to the accreditation, which took place behind hygienic partition walls. All participants first had to register online. The guests were guided to the location with the appropriate safety distance. During the event, all handrails, chairs and tables were cleaned regularly. Smoking areas were also marked with distance markings. Signage reminded the guests to keep and observe the hygiene rules and to wear the mouth and nose protection.

In addition, disinfectants were readily available at many different places in the location. An important part of the event implementation were also a one-way system, distance reminders and markings. A Corona-compliant cloakroom solution ensured easy handling in the cloakroom area. In the toilet area, individual toilets were closed and every second washbasin was blocked in order to maintain the minimum distance. In addition, traffic lights helped to control people via camera tracking. In the seating areas personal conversations were made possible due to Corona-compliant seating and partition walls. The flow of people at the bar and catering stations was regulated by clear visitor guidance. Individual areas were monitored by entrance control and temperature measurements were taken and and participants were warned via distance control.

Positively encouraged by the feedback of the participants, we wanted to go one step further on 17 July. Conduct a business event with 250 people – without distance, but with Covid-19 testing on the day of the event. Unfortunately, no authority has yet had the courage to take this step. But we will stay on it!
