satis&fy AG and Live Matters Group continue to grow sustainably and exceed annual targets
The group’s revenue rose by 18% from €136 million in the previous year to over €160 million in fiscal year 2024.
After a sobering start to the 2024 financial year, perseverance, stamina, investment courage, optimism and team spirit paid off in the eventful year.
The focus was on major sporting events such as the European Football Championship in Germany and the Summer Olympics in Paris. At the European Championship, satis&fy was responsible for the technical equipment in the hospitality areas of all ten venues. In Paris, in addition to the regular House of Innovation campaign in the Nike flagship store on the Champs-Élysées, a further 13 events were successfully implemented in the city center.
Live Entertainment has also further established itself as a reliable technical partner for artists and bands, and has successfully developed into a holistic provider in the area of set construction, which could be seen and heard, among others, on the tours of Wincent Weiss, Peter Maffay, Cro and Luciano.
Mission completed, as they say at the sustainability initiative. With the addition of SPACES GmbH, the entire Live Matters Group is now sustainably certified. All subsidiaries are validated according to EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) and satis&fy and spaces are also ISO 14001 certified.
In the USA, satis&fy has fought its way back into the event market, making the move to new office and storage space in NYC a logical step. And after the previous financial year, which saw a huge investment in new, high-quality equipment, the LED inventory in the USA was further expanded with an additional investment in 800 m² of ROE Topaz for indoor and outdoor use.
The “knw” software platform for measuring the performance of live events, which was launched in the last financial year, has developed very positively and is already in regular use in the DACH region. The new jewel in the SPACES GmbH portfolio is just as pleasing: the addition of BELETAGE at Palais Frankfurt in the heart of the city means an extra 400m² of space.
Nico Ubenauf, CEO satis&fy AG
He continues: “It’s great to see how all the hard work over the past few years has paid off. It’s all coming together: from our aspiration to be an integrated consultant for our customers, to the investments in equipment and the necessary infrastructure, as well as the courage to develop new areas.”
The first highlights for the year 2025 have already been successfully implemented. satis&fy supervised several projects in the USA for Jordan All Star Week in February, including an impressive Jump-Man drone show over the San Francisco Bay Bridge.
In addition, satis&fy played a major role in the implementation and opening of the Stadthof in Hanau, a unique transformation project for city centers, where the vacancy of the Kaufhof building was not tolerated, but rather an essential piece of quality of life was restored through a new use of the city center. Preparations for the festival and open-air season are also already in full swing, but high-quality corporate events such as Money 20/20 in Amsterdam are also on the horizon.
