International cooperation at eye level

On behalf of the advertising & live marketing agency Stargate Group, we worked with Habegger as a technical partner to support and implement three events in one for selected guests. Once again, we were responsible for lighting, sound, video recording and broadcasting as well as stage construction.

Using a specially constructed platform, we brought the entire event to a height of around 3.5 m, close to the boarding area and at eye level with the new aircraft. This allowed journalists in the morning, employees in the afternoon and top status customers and B2B partners in the evening to admire and explore the aircraft from the outside and inside without any obstacles. With a 28-metre LED wall and interactive experience zones with touchscreens, guests could literally immerse themselves in the world of Lufthansa Allegris. The highlight: direct access to the redesigned interior of the aircraft from the event platform.

Once again, we worked hand in hand across countries and borders on this Lufthansa Allegris project. Together with our Austrian sister company Habegger, we also mastered a number of challenges during the event. One of the most important and challenging tasks in the five-week project planning process was the precise planning to position the aircraft and the surrounding elements – e.g. stage, platform and technical equipment – properly and attractively in the hangar.

Thanks to the close cooperation within the Live Matters Group, we were once again able to rely on the required material and technology being available in the hangar in Munich as planned. This prevented long and complex transportation routes from Austria to Germany and back again. A successful collaboration from which future events and other international customers will also benefit.
