Retail-Buildout

Redesign of Dyson flagship stores in New York, San Francisco and Toronto

OBJECTIVE

Work hand-in-hand with Dyson to launch a fleet of flagship stores across North America that echoes the brand’s reputation for unparalleled quality and innovative nature.

APPROACH

With a goal of elevating the consumer journey, we focused our efforts on value-engineering and fabricating over 100 fixed-furniture elements with premium technology solutions — an approach that delivered an educational and experiential showcase of Dyson’s offerings. Also taking the lead on communication and coordination between a battalion of architects, general contractors, electricians, and a myriad of other vendors, we ensured the visual message behind each of the four installations was cohesive and on-brand.

RESULTS

Sir James Dyson lauded the Fifth Avenue store in New York for a “museum-like quality and flawless execution,” and that it “elevated the standard level of execution for the company.” The Toronto location achieved a monumental 100% sell-through of all beauty products on its first day of operation.
